Varietal: 80% Tempranillo 20% Cabernet Sauvignon

Vineyards: 15 hectares with average age of 13 years

Vinification: Traditional elaboration with long cold macerations, and partial fermentation at a controlled temperature followed by 6 months aging in French and American oak casks

Serving Suggestions: Fowl, stews, red and game meat

Service Temperature: 15 – 18º C

Optimum Moment for Consumption:  3 months after bottling and up to 3 years

 

Commentaries: Cherry colour with copper reflections which denotes it’s aging.  Aromas of cocoa, liquorice and mountain herbs.  Fleshy and balanced mouth with a correct acidity, “a noble wine” with an elegant structure.
