The grapes are grown on the 300 hectares estate in the traditional method.   However, the wine making has changed radically by the introduction of modern technology in order to produce a wine capable to satisfy the most demanding tastes.

Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah varietals achieve their maximum expression in the highly calcareous soil which combined with strong changes of temperature, low rainfall and many hours of sun, produce wines ideal for the most exigent palates.

Throughout the year the vineyards are monitored by the oenologist and technical director and the parameters typical of the different varietals are analyzed as well as the precise ripeness for the due promise of a good vintage.
